1. General Provisions

6. Gaming Rules

- Exploiting errors in any game or software, or attempting to hack
- Using automated software (bots) or artificial intelligence to play games
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account

- Harassing or causing harm to other users on the platform
- Any other fraudulent activity
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by vv44
vv44 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms
- Failure to verify identity
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months)
8.2 Closure by the User

9. Limitation of Liability
